Getting to Sydney's Cruise Terminals
We don't provide parking at either terminal, and neither terminal offers long term parking on cruise days. We're not affiliated with Port Authority of NSW or the cruise terminals. Our guides cover drop off, pick up and access.
Transport note: We don't run a shuttle bus. Arrange your own Uber or taxi to the cruise terminal (approx. $25 to $65 depending on vehicle type), or add our private return car transfer when you book.

Is your car park at the cruise terminal?
No. We don't provide parking at White Bay Cruise Terminal or the Overseas Passenger Terminal. We're an independent offsite car park for cruise passengers, with locations in Mascot, Turrella and Marrickville. White Bay Cruise Terminal has no long term parking and the Overseas Passenger Terminal has no parking on cruise days, so you park with us and arrange your own Uber or taxi, or use our private return transfer, to get to the ship.
Are you affiliated with the cruise terminals or Port Authority of NSW?
No. Cruise Ship Parking Sydney is an independent business. We're not affiliated with Port Authority of NSW, White Bay Cruise Terminal, the Overseas Passenger Terminal or any cruise line. We simply provide offsite car parking for people going on cruises.
How much does cruise parking cost?
Daily rates are $30.00 at Mascot, $30.00 at Turrella and $36.00 at Marrickville, per vehicle, plus 10% GST. For example, a 7 day cruise at Mascot costs $231.00 for one car including GST.
Do you have a cruise shuttle bus?
We don't run a shuttle bus. Most customers arrange their own Uber or taxi (approx. $25 to $65 depending on vehicle type). You can also add our private return car transfer, to the terminal on departure day and back to your car park after your cruise, for up to 5 cruise passengers for a flat $250.00 when you book.
How far are your car parks from the cruise terminals?
From Mascot it's about 15 minutes to White Bay Cruise Terminal and up to 25 minutes to the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay. Turrella and Marrickville are about 15 to 19 minutes from the terminals. Times depend on traffic.
Do I leave my car keys with you?
At Mascot, keys are left with the office. At Turrella and Marrickville, lock your vehicle and take your car keys with you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations and changes must be emailed to info@cruiseshipparkingsydney.com.au with your booking reference. A $25 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
